Terms & Conditions – 10-Year Ceramic Coating Package

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the requirements, responsibilities, and maintenance obligations associated with the 10-Year Ceramic Coating Package (“Service”). By purchasing or receiving this service, the Customer agrees to all terms listed below.

1. Service Description

The 10-Year Ceramic Coating Package includes:

• Application of a professional-grade ceramic coating to the vehicle’s exterior surfaces.
• Initial aftercare kit including:
  • Wash soap
  • Drying towel
  • Wash mitt

To maintain the validity of the coating and its warranty, the Customer must follow all maintenance requirements listed below.

2. Customer Responsibilities

2.1. Proper Maintenance Washes

The Customer agrees to wash the vehicle regularly using:

• The supplied wash soap (or an approved pH-neutral automotive shampoo).
• The supplied wash mitt and microfiber drying towel.

2.2. Soap Replenishment

To maintain coating integrity, the Customer must:

• Purchase additional approved wash soap at least every 6 months.

Failure to use proper soap or wash methods may reduce coating lifespan and void warranty terms.

3. Ceramic Coating Maintenance Requirement

3.1. Mandatory 6-Month Maintenance Wash

Every 6 months, the Customer must return for a scheduled Ceramic Coating Maintenance Wash, which includes:

• Thorough inspection of the coating
• Professional hand wash
• Chemical and/or mechanical decontamination (as needed)
• Application of a spray booster/topper to rejuvenate coating performance

3.2. Missed Appointments

If the Customer fails to complete this maintenance wash within 30 days of the 6-month interval, the coating’s performance guarantee and any associated warranty may be voided.

4. Warranty & Exclusions

4.1. Warranty Coverage

The ceramic coating warranty covers:

• Loss of gloss
• Factory paint fading
• UV damage
• Deterioration of coating protection due to material or installation defects

4.2. Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Damage caused by neglect, improper washing, or use of harsh/abrasive chemicals
• Scratches, swirls, dings, dents, rock chips, or other physical damage
• Oxidation due to failure to maintain coating
• Environmental contamination (tree sap, bird droppings, road tar) left on the vehicle for extended periods
• Automatic/brush car wash damage
• Failure to complete the required 6-month maintenance washes

5. Customer Care Requirements

To maintain coating performance, the Customer agrees to:

• Avoid automatic or brush car washes
• Hand wash only, using proper methods
• Remove bird droppings, insect residue, and corrosive contaminants promptly
• Avoid waxing/sealing unless approved by the installer

6. Appointment & Payment Terms

• Payment for the 10-Year Ceramic Coating Package is due as agreed at time of service.
• Maintenance washes are billed separately unless included in a prepaid maintenance plan.
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.

7. Liability

The installer is not liable for pre-existing damage, aftermarket defects, or future damage caused by improper care. The Customer acknowledges that coating performance depends heavily on proper maintenance.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or receiving the 10-Year Ceramic Coating Package, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
