BOOKING & SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Auto Services Agreement (‘”Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned customer (“Client” or “You’) and Bennys Detailing Studio Pty Ltd (“Contractor” “We”. “Us” or ‘Our”), effective as of the date last signed below (“Effective Date”). The parties agree as follows VEHICLE ACCESS, OPERATION & SERVICE QUALITY!
Client shall provide Bennys Detailing Studio Pty Ltd personnel with access and keys to the vehicle to perform auto-related services, including but not limited to detailing, ceramic coating. tinting, wrapping, wet sanding, and other cosmetic enhancement services. We endeavor to perform all services to a high professional standard, within the limits of available time, resources. and expertise aiming for a clean, damage free exterior and a spotless interior
A final inspection will be conducted within 2 hours of service completion. Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of completion. We are not liable for concerns raised after this window or if the Client does not participate in the final inspection.

FEES, SERVICE TERMS & PAYMENT:
The total fee for services rendered is as stated in your booking or invoice (“Total Cost”).
If you fail to submit accurate and honest photos of your vehicle’s condition, or if you book an unsuitable service that does not include necessary add-ons (such as “Pet Hair Fee” or “Exterior Mud Fee” or similar applicable upgrades), then the appropriate additional charges will be added to your final invoice at our discretion, and must be paid in full! Additionally, if you have booked the wrong service, such as a “Mini Interior” instead of a “Full Interior”, we will suggest the upgrade to achieve desirable results, however if you do not approve, then we will complete the service based on a time frame that is set for that particular package.
Payment is due upon completion of services via Card, Bank Transfer or Cash only. All non cash payments will incur GST and card payments will incur 1.6% card transaction fees. In the event of late or non-payment, you will be responsible for all of Bennys Detailing Studio Pty Ltd’s costs of collection, including legal fees

ACCIDENTS, PRE EXISTING CONDITIONS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We will document any pre existing damage to the vehicle before commencing work. However, Bennys Detailing Studio Pty Ltd is not liable for pre existing conditions or defects. If any damage occurs while the vehicle is under our care, the Client will be notifled.
We make no guarantees or warranties. Our maximum lability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or junitive damages under any circumstances.

FEEDBACK, TERMINATION & GOVERNING LAW:

Unless you provide written notice objecting, Bennys Detailing Studio Pty Ltd may use photographs of your vehicle for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media. websites, and other platforms.
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse services if we determine that the relationship is incompatible, including but not limited to abusive behavior or unreasonable expectations.

AUTHORIZATION & INDEMNIFICATION:
By booking a service throough our booking platform urable, you certify that:
1. You are at least 18 years of age
2. You are the legal owner of the vehicle OR are fully authorised to sign this agreement on behalf of the legal owner
3. You agree to indemnify and hold Bennys Detailing Studio Pty Ltd harmless from any claims or damages arising from your lack of legal authority to enter into this agreement.
